Analysing all the data, reports and pedigrees of new horses is a crucial part of the initial process however much more is needed in identifying champion potential of a racehorse before the hammer goes down. 3.       Horse health and conformation

Health and conformation should be a number one priority when looking for potential horse investment opportunities. Only consider buying a share in a horse from a company that can show you clean x-rays and reports of their horse’s health and medical assessments. The business of finding a successful racehorse is hard enough without pre-sale issues. It is a mark of professionalism to be open and transparent around each horse’s medical assessments and shows the company has taken the time to selectively curate the best offerings of healthy horses for their clientele.

At Nxt Level Syndication, we rule out any horses that don’t have perfect x-rays & grade 1 scopes (breathing) to maximise our owners’ chances of having a long racing career.

7.       Horse welfare

Nxt Level Syndication is a first of its kind racehorse syndication company with a special focus on horse welfare. With endorsements from E-Trakka as well as world-renowned veterinarian Dr Greg Fox we are creating a new standard in the racehorse industry.

Utilising the E-Trakka technology, the following horse welfare benefits include:

  • Live streamed data is provided from the E-Trakka to the trainer empowering swift response to take potential preventative measures.

  • Heart health is at the core of every horse’s welfare and so heartrate including maximum heartrate, aerobic capacity and heartrate recovery are compared against the key areas of data.

  • Data anomalies can provide early detection of lameness and health issues, providing the trainer with the ability to respond, tend to, and care for the horse earlier than traditional training methods alone. This means problems can be explored and identified before a potential serious injury or health condition progresses.

Our horse welfare practices begin when the horse is purchased and continue throughout each racehorse’s career, but the same ethos of horse health and welfare continues even after the horse has retired.

Nxt Level Syndication realise that racing is only a part of a horse’s life and therefore will guarantee all horses will be re-homed at the conclusion of their racehorse career if retired and are not sold on. Horses sold from Nxt Level Syndication are done so with the guarantee that if the new purchaser does not want the horse or cannot care for the horse at any given time, we have an arrangement with Viking Racing Farms who will take the horse and care for it throughout the duration of its life free of charge to owners.

At Nxt Level Syndication we pride ourselves on ensuring a high standard of horse health and welfare and utilise the best equine technology tools, training practices, care and ethics throughout the life of each horse to create this new standard in the racehorse industry. These are just some of the ways Nxt Level Syndication is taking racing syndication to the Nxt Level!
